- インターネット接続料金等は利用者の負担です。各請求者が支払者へ請求する金額・振込手数料・決済条件は、各支払いページまたは請求者の案内に従います。Users are responsible for internet access fees. Amounts charged by each issuer, bank transfer fees, and payment terms follow the relevant payment page or issuer instructions.

- 現在、スマート請求運営に対するサービス利用料の請求はありません。有料プラン開始後は、申込時に表示する条件に従います。There is currently no service fee charged by Smart Seikyu. After paid plans are introduced, the terms shown at application will apply.

- 現在は無料βのため、スマート請求運営に対するサービス利用料の返金は発生しません。支払者と請求者間の返金は、各請求者の取引条件に従います。The service is currently free beta, so no service fee refund is required. Refunds between issuers and payers follow each issuer’s transaction terms.
