第1条 適用1. Scope
本規約は、当サービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。利用者は本規約に同意した上で本サービスを利用します。These terms define the conditions for using this service. Users use the service after agreeing to these terms.
第2条 サービス内容2. Service
本サービスは、請求リンク作成、支払い証跡管理、入金確認、領収書PDF発行を支援するサービスです。支払者側は原則ログイン不要、請求者側はGoogle認証が必要です。The service helps create invoice/payment links, manage payment evidence, confirm payments, and issue receipt PDFs. Payers generally do not need an account; issuers use Google authentication.
第3条 アカウント管理3. Account management
請求者は自己のGoogleアカウントおよびStripe Connectアカウントを適切に管理するものとします。Issuers are responsible for properly managing their Google account and Stripe Connect account.
第4条 決済4. Payments
カード決済はStripe Connectを通じて処理され、売上は請求者のStripe Connectアカウントに紐づきます。銀行振込、PayPay、現金等は請求者による確認後に支払済みとなります。Card payments are processed via Stripe Connect and proceeds are linked to the issuer’s Stripe Connect account. Bank transfer, PayPay, cash, and similar methods are marked paid after issuer confirmation.
第5条 禁止事項5. Prohibited uses
虚偽請求、不正決済、法令違反、公序良俗に反する利用、第三者の権利侵害、サービス運営を妨害する行為を禁止します。False billing, fraudulent payments, legal violations, offensive use, infringement of third-party rights, and interference with service operations are prohibited.
第6条 免責6. Disclaimer
当サービスは請求・証跡管理を支援しますが、請求者と支払者間の契約、支払義務、返金、紛争について最終責任を負いません。The service supports invoicing and evidence management but is not ultimately responsible for contracts, payment obligations, refunds, or disputes between issuers and payers.
第7条 変更7. Changes
当サービスは必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は適切な方法で通知します。The service may update these terms as needed. Important changes will be notified by an appropriate method.
